Pathways

We recognise that moving to independence can be a difficult, risky business. Our aim is to provide young people with the necessary skills and support to make it a positive experience.

Our Pathways services offer an integrated range of supported accommodation and floating support or outreach.

Pathways

The services range from high support for vulnerable young people with complex needs to low support for those who are ready to move on or are just settling into independent accommodation.

  • Pathways Wells Road, Bath – provides a 24-hour service for 16-19 year olds with high support needs.
  • Pathways Outreach Service – supports young homeless people rough sleeping, sofa surfing or in temporary accommodation.
  • Pathways Floating Support Service – helps single young individuals and parents aged 16-25 to sustain their tenancies and improve their living circumstances.
  • Drinkwater Court, Trowbridge; Bleys House, Chippenham; and Sidmouth Street, Devizes – flats and a shared house for single, homeless young people with low to medium support needs.
  • Cleveland House and Cottage, Bath – low support, move-on accommodation for 16-25 year olds and teenage parents.
  • The Hawthorns, Midsomer Norton – four one-bedroom, low support flats for young people aged 16-25.
