Somer Community Housing Trust has a small number
of Georgian flats in Bath city centre which it rents out at a
private, market rent.
Lantern Homes manages these properties on behalf of the Trust.
Currently there are over 70 Georgian properties in the portfolio.
All of these have been refurbished to a high standard and include
carpeting, decorating and are supplied with a fridge freezer,
washing machine/dryer and cooker.
The properties are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies for a
minimum of six months.
