What we do
We were formed in 1973 and are registered as a charitable
housing association under the Industrial and Provident Societies
Act of 1965.
Our purpose is to provide good-quality, secure and affordable
homes for those who need them, supported by a high and improving
standard of customer service.
We are registered with the Tenant Services Authority. This is a
government organisation that oversees and checks all registered
social landlords, including housing associations. We are not part
of a local authority. However, we do work closely with the local
authorities in areas where we have, or want to develop
property.
