It’s important to us to get feedback from residents and form anyone else who uses our services.

We believe that we can learn, and improve what we do, if we listen to the feedback that we get, whether it’s good or bad. We look at all the feedback that we get with our focus groups – groups of residents who help us to develop and improve our services.
