Satisfaction surveys

We carry out surveys in a range of different ways so that we can get feedback from people who have used our services, telling us how satisfied they were.

Once every three years we carry out a detailed survey of all our residents which is very wide ranging and gives us a comprehensive picture of where we’re doing well and not so well. We use a survey format which many other housing associations use and this enables us to compare results with others. This is called a “Status Survey” and you can find out more about our last survey by clicking on the link on the right.

As well as the Status survey, our focus groups suggest – and often help us to carry out – other ways of getting feedback from residents. These might be questionnaires (for example, after a tenant has had a repair done), or they might be telephone surveys which our focus group members help us with.
