Satisfaction surveys

We carry out surveys in a range of different ways so that we can get feedback from people who have used our services, telling us how satisfied they were.

Once every three years we carry out a detailed survey of all our residents which is very wide ranging and gives us a comprehensive picture of where we’re doing well and not so well. We use a survey format which many other housing associations use and this enables us to compare results with others. This is called a “Status Survey” and you can find out more about our last survey by clicking on the link on the right.

As well as the Status survey, our focus groups suggest – and often help us to carry out – other ways of getting feedback from residents. These might be questionnaires (for example, after a tenant has had a repair done), or they might be telephone surveys which our focus group members help us with. By clicking the links on the right you can see what feedback our focus groups get from residents in each of our key service areas, and what the results of that feedback are.
