Housing with support
These standards were agreed by the Housing
with Support focus group in July 2008.
Redland will:
1. Review support plans with all residents (to whom we
provide 'level 2' support) every six months.
Target: 100%.
Monitored on a monthly basis by performance indicators (PIs).
2. Review management agreements with support providers
every year.
Target: 100%.
Monitored on a monthly basis by performance indicators (PIs).
3.When we receive a request to provide an aid or
adaptation, we will carry out an initial assessment, and provide
full details of how the application will be dealt with, within 15
working days of receipt.
Target: 100%.

4. Carry out a needs assessment of all new tenants, and
where support needs are identified, will record these and how they
are to be met.
Target: 100%.
Random sampling of tenant files to check standards are met.
