These standards were agreed by the Maintaining Homes Focus Group in December 2009.

Redland will monitor:

1. The average time taken to complete a repair.

2. The longest time taken to complete a repair (where there are no access or other problems).

3. Whether residents find it easy to report a repair.

Target: 97%.

4. Positive feedback on the ease and convenience of appointments.

Target: 97%.

5. Whether appointments with residents are kept.

Target: 98%.

6. Whether repairs are done properly first time.

Target: 90%.
