These standards were agreed by the Rents
Focus Group in March 2010.
Redland will:
1. Send rent statements every quarter.
Target: 100%.
Monitored internally.
2. Information on where to obtain debt advice will be
made available through Redletter and the website.
Target: 95%.
Monitored internally.
3. Reduce net rent arrears in line with Redland's set
target.
Target: 2.2%.
Monitored by performance indicators (PIs).
4. Publish information on the different payment
methods that tenants can use - at sign-ups, in newsletters, on the
website and through leaflets with rent statements.
Target: 100%
