Working together to provide an excellent service
We put you, our residents, at the heart of
everything we do. We have developed this agreement through a
working partnership with residents and it sets out the
following.
- When and how we will involve you.
- The standards we set for involving you.
- How we measure and report on the effects you
have had.
- What you will do for us.
The agreement explains how you can be involved and sets out the
services you have told us are important, and how you affect the way
we provide those services. The agreement applies to all residents
of our developments and we use the term 'tenant' only when
something specifically applies to tenants and not owners.
This agreement is not about how we meet our legal
responsibilities and does not take priority over those duties. It
is about how we involve you in achieving our vision of being an
excellent landlord by:
- improving services;
- making it easy for you to use our services;
- providing services efficiently;
- improving ways you can affect our services;
and
- improving your quality of life.
We will review the agreement in a number of ways.
- The Redland Residents' Committee, our Board and
staff will review the agreement every three years.
- The Redland Residents' Committee will review the
commitments to involve you and produce a yearly statement looking
at how successfully we are keeping to these commitments.
- Focus groups, meeting at least once a year, will
review and monitor each of the service areas and report to
the Redland Residents' Committee.
By working together in this way, we believe we
can not only improve the services we provide to you but also become
the excellent landlord we aim to be.
