Team Shape Cross the Finish Line!
On Sunday 6 March, Shape’s first ever team ran the Bath Half
Marathon.
12 runners completed the course, clocking up over 159 miles
between them and raising vital funds for our work.
Solicitor Roman Kubiak, who works at Withy King’s Bath office,
was one of the team. He explains why he chose to support Shape:
“For me, deciding that I wanted to run for
Shape was an easy choice. The cause – helping young homeless people
not only by providing them with accommodation but also by giving
them the confidence and necessary resources to allow them to gain
their independence – is one which strikes a very personal chord
with me.
"Meeting some of the residents and seeing,
first-hand, the amazing impact that Shape has had on these young
people really reinforced what a good cause this is.”
