3 & 4 Longacre
Shape Housing Association is working on a project
to deliver a new development opportunity on the London Road in
Bath.
We are in negotiations to convert 3 & 4 Longacre, and the
land immediately behind this, into a new housing scheme providing
essential supported accommodation for homeless households.
A consultation event was held last summer to show the local
community our plans and to seek their views. In fact, the project
is still at the pre-planning stage as we are working hard to try to
redesign the plans to address some of the comments that were
raised.
