Welcome to Somer Housing Group's Annual Report for 2010-11. This report has been created by residents and staff for residents.

The purpose of the report is to let you know some of the highlights of the past year, including what has been going well and where we need to improve. There is also information about how well we are performing against the standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The report covers all the members of Somer Housing Group: Redland, Shape and Somer Community Housing Trust.
