We have a new service for people living in any
accommodation throughout Bath and North East Somerset. Here are
some of the services available:
- Help at hand, at the push of a button, 24 hours a day.
- Daily well-being calls over the phone.
- Falls pick-up service available to all.
- Visiting you at home.
- Help arranging minor repairs and adaptations to your home.
- Advice to maximise your income.
- Opportunities to join in social activities.

When you contact us we will:
- Arrange a visit from one of our experienced staff to answer any
questions that you have.
- Explain the service and the kind of support we can provide for
you, including our range of out-of-hours rapid response
services.
- Explain any charges and any financial help you may get to cover
the cost.
