The ASB (anti-social behaviour) team took
an average of 977 calls per month. In the last quarter of 2011-12
we answered 99.37% of them within 30 seconds.
38% of cases were about noise, 23% about
domestic abuse, 17% intimidating behaviour or hate crime, with the
rest being about a range of matters including pets, gardens, and
criminal damage.
We responded to 86.5% of domestic abuse
reports in one working day (this was 100% for the latter six
months) and responded to 100% of reported hate crimes and serious
ASB in one working day. For all other ASB reports we responded
within five working days.
We are looking for residents to join our service
improvement panel. The panel will meet 4-6 times per year and will
help shape what we do and how we do it.
