We strongly recommend that you take out home insurance cover to
protect your belongings. We arrange buildings insurance for all our
properties but this does not include losses due to theft, or damage
to your belongings due to fire or flooding.
We can introduce you to a special, affordable contents insurance
for tenants through an independent insurance company. To qualify
