Latest lettings information
The Trust has an agreement with Bath and North East Somerset
Council to allocate 75 per cent of vacant and all new properties to
applications from their 'Homesearch' choice-based lettings (CBL)
scheme. We also have agreements with other local authorities such
as Mendip District Council.
The remaining 25 per cent of properties can be allocated to
Trust tenants who have applied for re-housing through our transfer
list. We also offer a small number of properties to applicants who
are referred to us by support housing providers.
We are currently allocating a number of properties to tenants
affected by the PRC developments, but these are not included in
these tables.
