We aim to help you end your tenancy easily
whether you continue as a Trust tenant or are moving elsewhere.
Our commitment:
When you tell us you are leaving your home:
- We will contact you to say thank you for letting us know and
arrange to see you at home within 5 days of receiving your
notice.
- We will agree any works that you need to carry out before you
leave the property, including clearing all belongings and agree
timescales for that work.
- We will give you vouchers if you leave your property as
agreed.
- We will advise you of any outstanding monies you owe and agree
when this should be paid.
- We will confirm when you must return the keys and meter cards/
keys if applicable.
- We will ask you to complete an Exit Survey to understand your
experience as a Trust tenant and learn from your comments.
