Your neighbourhood
We want all of our residents to live in
neighbourhoods which are safe, clean and well maintained and where
children can play.
Our commitment:
- We will publish our grounds maintenance and cleaning contracts
and inform you of contractor performance every quarter in Somer
Times.
- We will ask you to feedback on the quality of our grounds
maintenance.
- We will inspect communal areas weekly to ensure they are clean
and tidy. You can also ask us to inspect an area where you have
concerns.
- We will contact the appropriate agency to remove untaxed or
abandoned vehicles within 3 days of being reported.
- We will remove fly tipped rubbish within 5 working days of
being reported.
- We will remove graffiti within 10 working days; any offensive
graffiti will be removed within 1 working day of being
reported.
- We will work with tenants to ensure they maintain their gardens
and offer help if they need assistance.
- We will invite you to take part in Neighbourhood walkabouts and
become Tenant Inspectors.
- We will agree with you a Neighbourhood Plan that reflects your
priorities for your neighbourhood.
- We will carry out Neighbourhood surveys every 2 years to
understand the changing priorities of tenants and use them to plan
our work.
