saying thank you to residents who keep to the terms of their
tenancy and is a great way to show how we value you as a
customer.
It really is easy to become a member of homeplus –all you have
to do is fill in the online form below.
Once you have been accepted on to the scheme, you will receive a
welcome pack with details of all the rewards on offer. But the
benefits don’t stop there - watch out in Somer Times for
additional rewards that we introduce throughout the year.
This year, we have been proud to offer the free ‘Invitation’
book for the first time, exclusively to homeplus
members. But that’s not all! As a homeplus member we

How to join
The conditions to apply are simple:
- you must have a clear rent account for six weeks or, if you are
in arrears, have kept to an agreed repayment plan for 12
weeks.
- You must be keeping to a repayment plan for any other charges
or debts, such as garage arrears, rechargeable repairs arrears
and/or service charges.
- You must be keeping to the terms and conditions of your tenancy
agreement.
There are no hidden charges and you can join if your receive
housing benefit.
