Help us to test our customer service
Are you interested in helping us to improve our
customer services? Would you like to be part of a team of
neighbourhood inspectors?
You can receive free training and £50 of shopping vouchers for
helping us with some ‘mystery shopping’ or doing neighbourhood
surveys.
Mystery shopping
Mystery shoppers call, write or email the Trust with everyday
questions about our services, like requesting a repair or asking
for a transfer. They monitor how long it took staff to answer the
phone, how they were greeted and how professionally their request
was handled. The mystery shopper then reports back to us what they
found out and we work together to make improvements if needed.
Neighbourhood inspectors
Neighbourhood inspectors carry out visual checks in an area,
commenting on the general upkeep, levels of litter, graffiti, and
noting any dumping of rubbish for example. This information is then
used to help us prioritise where work is needed.
How do I get involved?
If you would like to take part in either of these initiatives,
we offer training, and support with transport, childcare and other
care costs to enable you to attend. We would then ask you to carry
out an agreed number of tasks.
Use the links opposite to find out more about both
of these opportunities and to download an application form.
