
Somer Residents' Committee
Do you want the opportunity to have a real input
into the running of Somer Community Housing Trust?
The Somer Residents’ Committee (SRC) is a group of people which
represents tenants and homeowners and we are looking for
enthusiastic tenants, leaseholders and shared owners to join
us.
The SRC considers and responds to the Trust Board on matters
affecting housing service delivery, housing conditions, community
regeneration, the maintenance and improvement of homes, area
amenities and residents’ rights.
The time commitment is one full evening every six weeks, plus
the occasional additional meeting from time-to-time.
New members will be supported and guided through a six-month
introductory period and training tailored to suit the needs of the
individual will be offered.
