Resident Homeowners' Group
The Resident Homeowners' Group is open to all the
Trust's resident leaseholders and also includes staff and Board
members.
You are also eligible to join the group if
you are a 'shared owner' and part-bought, part-rent your
home.
The group provides an opportunity to discuss leasehold matters,
question Trust staff on any issues, or simply to find out
information that may be of interest about their property, building
or area. Each meeting has an agenda and any leasehold issues can be
raised for discussion with prior arrangement.
The group holds regular meetings in different locations around
the area. The meeting dates and venues are published in Somer Times
and we write to resident leaseholders in that area to let them know
of the meeting.
