Gas safety inspections
By law, we must carry out a safety check of all our gas
appliances at least once a year. If you have gas from the mains or
Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) supplying gas appliances or central
heating we have provided, we will need to carry out an inspection.
We will write to you to arrange this and it is very important that
you allow us into your home to carry out this inspection. If you do
not, we can take legal action to gain entry.
Electrical safety inspections
By law, we must carry out a safety check of all our electrical
installations every five to 10 years. We will write to you to
arrange this and it is very important that you allow us into your
home to carry out this inspection. If you do not do so, we may take
legal action to gain entry.
